We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate; however, colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and handmade production.

Orders

All orders are final once placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all order details, including sizing and delivery information, are correct at checkout.

Orders are processed in the order they are received, subject to our stated postage cut-off days.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, responsibility for delivery timeframes, delays, or loss sits with the carrier.

As we are located in a remote area, postage may not be as frequent as metropolitan services.

Refunds & Returns

Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept our refund conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stitches by CW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
