We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect selection.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the fault.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if these conditions are not met.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss once parcels are in the care of Australia Post.
