Shipping policy


Processing & Dispatch



Orders are processed in the order they are received.


To allow us time to pack orders correctly, postage cut-off times are:


  • Monday afternoon (close of business)
  • Thursday afternoon (close of business)



Orders placed before these cut-off times will be packed and prepared for dispatch, with parcels posted the following business day.


Orders placed after cut-off will be processed in the next dispatch cycle.



Shipping Method & Tracking



All parcels are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number, which will be provided once your order has been lodged.



Delivery Timeframes



Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once parcels leave our hands, delivery is managed entirely by Australia Post, and we have no control over transit times, delays, or handling.


As we are located in a remote area, postage is not as frequent as metropolitan services, and delays may occur, particularly during peak periods.



Responsibility



Once an order has been dispatched and tracking provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to Australia Post. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs in transit.


Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout, as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been sent.
